How to compliment Chinese girl? (my girl, not some random one :P )

Hi,

I have a chinese girlfriend, as you could guess ;). My question is, since I'm still learning, what kind of compliments does chinese girl would like to hear? I'm learning by trial and error for now, and western ideas are not always relevant :). Any ideas? I do guess that she would like to hear about her skin being smooth and that kind, but what else?
