Anyone else getting weird glitches?

Multiple times today I've tried to communicate with my team in the chatbox, but upon doing so it continually loops between teamchat and allchat, and prevents me from entering anything into the text field, thus preventing me from turning (although movement/shooting works fine), prevents me from accessing console/doing anything aside from moving and shooting. Interestingly enough once though I had been moving around the map the server's afk manager put me on spectate. Though I had been moving. When these glitches occurred I could not access the item server? Anyone else having these issues?
