Invisible Cobwebs and Fire among other effects.

Hi. Having an issue with this.

So far I have updated my drivers and tried the game on every setting possible in the load up menu from Low to Ultra.

My video card is an ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT And the version is 8.920.0.0

Any help would be extremely welcome. I've searched many places and no one seems to have a decent fix for it.
