Best upgrade path for Avelyn?

I've seen a lot of PVP where Avelyn is used to stop casts, and I was thinking of upgrading mine, so which upgrade path will be the best? I always see it gets the lightning, but would it be better to go with fire/chaos and lightning bolts?
