Earbud stuck in my ear. What should I do?

I was using these ear buds with the changeable soft covers of different sizes. I guess the one I used was too small because when I pulled out the ear bud I noticed one didn't have a cover. It's now lodged in my right ear.

I'm a 28 year old student on a very tight budget and my job doesn't offer medical insurance; so I'm trying to avoid the doctor. This is pretty awesome. I'm guessing have someone come over with tweezers is my only plausible solution. It a ring shape so I think it will be fine in there for a while.
