Fuck Facebook! Disabled from posting!

I've been disabled from posting or messaging anything on Facebook for the next 24 hours because I tried to send my friend a link. They made me type in a code in a box. The code was impossible to read. It said my computer is filled with Malware. Uhh.. no, I scan daily, your shitty website generates impossible to read codes!! I've also noticed that it's impossible to find a contact email to get help... Does anyone know of an email I can contact to stop this?
