[Troubleshooting]New motherboard and processor, do I have to fully reinstall the OS?

Currently running Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit on an Athlon 64 X2 and ASUS M2N-e SLI with a Radeon HD 5570 but am upgrading to Phenom II X4 830 on a ECS Black Series A785GM (Big spender, I know....) and keeping the 5570. I'm wondering if I can pop in the install disc and do a recovery or a repair to keep all my programs or if I'll have to reinstall it all or if any of you guys have any suggestions.
