vacuum pump for aspiration in a biosafety cabinet?

Hey Guys, just trying to find a decent pump to buy for aspirating in a tissue culture hood. I have an oil based vacuum pump that is way overkill and I just want to buy something easy and maintenance free (i.e. non-oil based). However I have no idea how powerful the pump has to be to aspirate effectively.
