Trouble booting windows with new buid

I just added a new motherboard and ram and a new processor to my PC. All parts are compatible, ASRock Extreme Gen3 mobo, core I.5 3.3 processor and gskill ripjaws ddr3 memory. Now I boot to the windows loading screen and get blue screen of death. The blue screen flashes too quick to read and there is no option to turn off the reboot after blue screen crash. Im kinda stuck with no way to trouble shoot my problem. Any help would be appreciated.
