Major Reforms For Griefing

I like Heroes of Newerth a lot, and I like S2 very much. EA doesn't bother me in the slightest, I have a legacy account and in general I find I have nothing at all to complain about in the game. That is, except the occasional player.

This game needs major reforms to prevent griefing and trolling. Why exactly does the enemy team need to vote on whether or not I get to kick the griefer Valkyrie who is sitting in well at 4:00 because she missed her first arrow? How is this at all fair? Your team should be able to kick you for being a cocksucker without input from the other team; because they're sure as hell not going to agree to do anything that helps you.

Going further, why the hell is there a time limit on when I get to report this person to S2? I don't want to sit around and brew over how pissed I am that a person decided to spend 52 minutes trolling. I want to move on to the next game, or do something else entirely as soon as possible. I have to wait 4:00 minutes? Seriously? Or I have to write notes on who needs to be reported? I don't want to sit around and be pissed off that long.
