Switched most domains from GoDaddy, but I need a registrar that handles .MS domains

I switched to rackspace since they oppose SOPA and are local for me, but they don't support .MS domains. Sole purpose of the .MS domain I have is a url shortener I use for my twitter feed.

Can anyone recommend a SOPA-hostile, .MS-friendly Registrar?
