My Mom is out of control because of alcohol. She thinks everyone is against her. How can I help her?

Basically, she takes everything the wrong way, thinks my father and I abuse her (verbally) and I don't know what to do. How can I make her understand what she's doing? It honestly sounds like a classic case of Alcoholism.
