Spare Yaesu Mic for FT-411e?

Hi guys! I have an FT411e that's limping along a bit, but I think it has a bad speaker- I've been meaning to purchase a speaker-mic, but I thought I'd ask on here first. Anyone have a spare Yaesu (or off-brand) that fits the FT-411e they'd want to sell? I found a great price for a chinese off-brand that I'll likely pick up if no one has one lying around.

Thanks for any and all suggestions! ps- I'm also interested in a AA battery pack for the same radio if you happen to have one.

ps- I've been checking out those Baoefeng's - they look fantastic! If all else fails, I'll be getting one of them or the Wouxun's if my FT-411e is truly dead.

Update- I purchased a no-name mic from HongKong. When it comes in, I'll let ya know the results. It was cheap, so still ok as far as costs are concerned!
