Date ideas? Any one?

I have a date with a girl this Friday. She is extremely pretty and seems like just the right amount of grounded and crazy that I'm looking for. But I tire of the same dinner dates then out to a bar to drink type of date. Looking for something more entertaining for the both of us. Open to any and all ideas. Thanks!
