Galaxy Nexus - Okay to use both 2100mah and 1850mah batteries?

I purchased the extended battery for Verizon, but find that I still need more juice to get through a full day. Will using the original 1850mah battery as a spare mess up anything on the software side? Also, anyone know where I can buy a cheap charger for the spare battery?
