Any sites have cheap shipping to Canada and accepts paypal? everyonedoesit doesn't accept paypal

I want to buy these;

http://www.everyonedoesit.com/online_headshop/Metal_Turbo_Cone_Piece__Black.cfm?iProductID=7258 http://www.everyonedoesit.com/online_headshop/Basil_Brush_Gauzes__Steel.cfm?iProductID=636

but the thing is that they don't accept paypal and I don't have a credit card. I can't use my parent's credit card because they don't know that I blaze. Are there any similar sites like this that have a cheap shipping rate to Canada?
