Reddit: What are things you do/did that helped you make nice money?

I'm a kid in college and now I just initiated operation fiscal jackhammer on my life. I'm obsessed with success and making money because someday I want to make a company that aids local economies and creates jobs, but would take a lot of money to do. I'm getting a job soon and I'm talking things to make quicker money on the side. Now I'm building shelves out of old skateboard decks, collecting cans, selling painted sunglasses, a bunch of shit. It takes money to make money! Gotta start somewhere and every dollar really does help! Links welcome! Thanks!
