Question About Manga Box Set

So I decided I want to buy the Dragon Ball Manga. I think I'm going to buy this one http://www.amazon.com/Dragon-Ball-Box-Vol-1-16/dp/142152614X/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1325134171&sr=8-2 but I have a few questions first:

1- Will they be in color?

2- What kind of translation is it? What names will be used (ex: Will Bulma be known as Buruma, and Goku be Son Goku?)?

Thanks!
