Looking for someone(s) to move in to the two rooms on the 3rd floor of my apartment in the Oregon District ...
So I'm still kinda new to Dayton, and just discovered that there is a Dayton subreddit. Wicked.
Anyways, I've got an apartment in the Oregon district that is way too big for me. I've been here for a few months now, and basically just live on one of the three floors. So I'm looking for a roommate (or 2) to move in to the rooms upstairs. I posted on craigslist, so I won't redo all of the text. Check out the details here if interested:

I usually just read reddit, and dont really comment much, so sorry if I am breaking protocol... Feel free to msg me if you are interested, have any questions, want to see pictures, etc!
edit: craigslist is ghosting my previous post so I am going to put up a new one soon. Also, I am out of town this weekend so I wont be able to show the place until next week. For now, here is my original CL posting:
Hey, I'm looking for a roommate (or two, see below) to move into the two rooms on the 3rd floor of my apartment. My place is located a block south of Fifth Street, so it's a very short walk to any of the bars/restaurants/shops/cafés there. It takes ~5 minutes to get to UD/Brown St. as well. The apartment has three floors, connected by a metal spiral staircase (it's pretty awesome).
First floor has an open room (~415 sqft) with a bay window out to the street, plus a kitchen, half-bathroom, and laundry room. The kitchen has a fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, etc. The laundry room has a washer and a dryer. I haven't really furnished the first floor at all, so there is loads of space for furniture if you have any. The second floor is my bedroom/studio. The third floor has 2 bedrooms and a full-bathroom. One room is 125sqft, is nearly-square shaped, has a sloping ceiling w/ skylight, and a closet. The other room is 165sqft with a super weird shape (due to the spiral staircase...kinda L-shaped?), has a window overlooking the street, a closet, and a sloping ceiling. Both rooms are unfurnished. I have my own full-bathroom on the 2nd floor, so you'd have total reign over the third floor.
Each room might be a bit small on its own to be rented out separately, so I figured it would be better to rent them out together. However if two friends want to move in together to share the top floor, it might work pretty well. Each is probably the size of a college dorm-room single (at least, thats how big singles were where I went to school). If one person takes the whole top floor, the rent is 400/month. If two people want to split the top floor, it comes down to 200 & 250 per month (since one is bigger than the other). Utilities are extra: water/trash, electricity, gas, & internet. All together, that usually comes out to be less than 150/month and would be split evenly.
Parking is on-street, and I've never had trouble finding a spot right in front of the apartment. It gets a bit crowded on Fri/Sat after ~8pm, but its never been a problem for me. Even though it is really close to 5th street, the apartment faces away from it, so you never really hear "bar-noises" at night.
About me: I'm a guy, 26 years old, work 9-5 during the week for a consulting firm. I moved here in April for a job, so I'm still kinda new to the area. I don't smoke, but I do go out on the weekends (its hard not to when you live so close to 5th st.). In my free time I work with music (my studio is on the 2nd floor), but I try not to play too loud. I've lived with roommates many many times in the past, so I am definitely respectful of other people's right to quiet. I'm in bed by midnight during the week, so there wont be an issue with noise late at night. Overall, I'm laid back and am pretty easy going about most things.
Right, so I'm looking for someone to move in who is responsible, can pay the rent, won't lose their keys every week, won't steal my records, etc. I think that goes without saying. Male or female, doesn't make a difference. I'd really not like to live with a smoker, since there is no smoking allowed inside (landlord's rules). Also, I'm really only looking to bring in someone who has a job or is a full-time student, or something like that.
Feel free to e-mail me if you have any other questions! Also, I have pictures that I can send if you are interested.
