would anyone be able to link me to valves TF2's Terms of Use?

Im working on a video to upload to youtube and im going to be using footage from TF2. I have the option to monetize it and I would like to know if I am able to do that. If so, I will need to link to Valves Terms of Use for youtube.

Thanks in advance for any and all help.
