Prescription Cycling Glasses

Was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for local higher-end prescription cycling glasses via any of the prescription glasses chains. Lenscrafter seems to be the only one of the ones I could think of that had any sort of online catalog that I could browse before showing up and their pickings were slim. I just want to be able to get some that I can actually check out before buying with as minimal effort as possible. I realize I can go check out the frames at a sports glasses place and then order online but I was kind of hoping to minimize the steps and time it takes by finding a larger selection that can also deal with prescription lenses. Any help is appreciated.

If it helps I am in the US on the west coast.

Edit: Thanks for all the advice, extremely appreciated!
