How to Spend New Year's in Athens
Fellow Redditers,
I am a 21 year old native Athenian back from school for the holidays. Since high school I have been blessed with the luxury of having a pretty nice place close to Athens where I can throw a party and never have to worry about intervention from the police or problems with family etc. The thing is, I now attend college in the Northeast and have had a stable girlfriend for a couple years now. Due to these factors, in the time that I have been gone, I have lost contact with many of my old friends from Georgia. This turns out to be a real problem when trying to revive the old parties of the past. I have a pretty solid group of friends (unfortunately mostly guys) that always manages to put together the essentials for a great party (great venue, lots of good drinks, friendly anti-rape people, other recreational activities, etc), yet it always lacks new exciting people to converse with and have a good time.
My brother recently convinced me to throw another New Years party this year. Last year's party was a success with a nice turnout and an overall a good time, however I am skeptical about the outcome of this year's party. I am therefore extending an invitation to the good people of reddit to come and make my party awesome. We will have all the elements of a risk free, fun New Year's party, and I want reddit to come to. So here are some things you should know. . .
*I have BEER and DRANK *You can pass out in your car or around. . . *Chill eclectic group of college kids mostly from Athens, that are willing to make new friends *Some fireworks with no fear of the Police *Lots of fun party things to do at no cost
TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT I have a New Year's Eve party in Athens that needs more interesting people.
So inbox me if you wanna come out to a party. Not to be rude, but this is a mostly college aged party that is looking for non-creepy, non drug addict, 18-30 year old people. If you could direct me to a facebook page I can send you the invitation to the party on fb. If too many guys reply to this I am going to have to cut it off (sorry, parties need girls. . .).
So please, let me know.
