So, scifans, what are some good scifi novels about Robots.

I've read a lot of fantasy, wizards, space travel, space opera, some cyberpunk, but I'm finding my robotics collection to be lacking.

Looking for a bit more contemporary than Asimov's works, but older books are fine also. Stories that really get down to the philosophy and technology of robots. Anyone know any good ones?
