Reddit, what's your fast, easy, yet delicious snack noone's heard of?

For me it's guava paste and cream cheese on a salt cracker. It's just fucking delicious. I'm sure some people from other countries have heard of this, but all my american friends give me the strangest look whenever I tell them about it.
