I've just read about a proposed new calendar that would have 364 days a year with a "Leap Week" every four or five years. I think it's sound. How could I advocate for such a thing?

Here's a link to the story... http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-2079474/Hanke-Henry-Permanent-Calendar-proposes-make-year-identical.html

I like the idea of holidays and birthdays being on the same day of the week every year.

EDIT - Is this a contact your Congressman thing? Letters to the editor?
