5850 flickering/gfx glitches but only in certain situation

Hi all,

I have an XFX 5850 that seems to only have problems when I have Xsplit on (doesn't need to be streaming, just active on my taskbar). I notice issues such as flicker on the monitors, or within games (Skyrim has the graphics have a red flicker on them, then reverts to whatever texture it was after a split second. Any Source game has flickering graphics with either a distorted scale size or misplaced).

Does anyone else have this issue? My clocks are stock, same with the fan settings, and I have the latest 11.12 drivers (though this has not changed with any of the previous versions).

I have already set an RMA, but I really don't want to lose my card and go to my 8600GS for weeks while I wait to see what the problem is. If anything doesn't help I'll send it off, but I want the community's advice first!
