Dermatology help: skin rash, non-itchy, picture

This has been reoccurring and gradually increasing in size for the last few months. Any idea what sort of rash it is/cause/solutions? Its more preminent after a hot shower. I have been to a doctor (general) about it with no help beside a cream that did not help. It is not itchy and I have changed soap/laundry soap. No allergies either.
