How to go about loss of hunting land?

Ok reddit, I'll keep this short as possible. When i was in high school my mom came into around 240 acres of hunting land. I spent a lot of time, effort, and money taking it from a biological wasteland to something that was pulling deer off neighboring gun clubs with 10-15 people working it. All the while making promises that i'll inherit it when she's gone, and that it is my little place. Needless to say it was my pride and joy to work and reap the benefits from. This is going on in south east alabama.

Back story: My mom has mental disorders that include severe bi polar, OCD, and she's also a bad alcoholic. This makes her do crazy vindictive stuff. She's stolen my truck keys, blamed loosing them on me and force me to pay the 120 $ to replace them. Tried to make me out to be a criminal during divorce court. Hired private detectives to get dirt on me to try and dis-credit my testimony. Most of my high school days she spent planning to divorce my dad, who is a dr. He spent several thousands of dollars building up that land for me. Such as tree stands and food plots and the like.

Anyways fast forward to fresh man year of college. Dad gets diagnosed with melanoma, and the odds aren't good. Mom decides it's time to divorce dad. Essentially decides to leave him to die, and only me to get him to birmingham for experimental treatments. She did this because she knew he would leave her almost nothing. (treatments worked, and he is alive and well)

Her mental disorders make her do extremely cruel and vindictive things. Her leaving aren't even in the top 10 of worst stuff she has done. When she's on a bender she likes to argue, but since dad doesn't have to put up with it any more she starts randomly showing up at my apartment to pick fights. Anyways one day she doesn't like the fact I'm siding with my father, and decides I'm no longer allowed access to my hunting land. The only reason i kept a dialogue open with my mother was because of that land. However, after that I cut ties with her and haven't spoken in 2-3 years. She only calls when there is a divorce court date coming up, or wants something. I have at least 2 grand in tree stands rusting away on that land, and not to mention all the other improvements.

I have a few spots for hunting, but they are like 5-10 acre farm fields near roads and houses, or share property lines with dick head neighbors. That and almost no deer, let alone bucks come out before dark. Reddit is there any legal recourse i can do to get the land back? I miss it, especially during Christmas break. It was my favorite place, my kingdom and domain. Somewhere i could escape to.

What should i do? Pray i get it in her will? Also no chance of mending things with her. She has used it as a leverage piece to coerce me into doing what she wants. Suggestions? Ideas?
