Davis Square Bargains

I moved to Davis Square in October and have been living on a tight budget while on a part time job. Below is a list of places I've been frequenting to save money:

• Frozen bagels and bread from Dave's Pasta World. Also, free samples! A lot of the other food is high quality but expensive, so I try to choose carefully.

• Meat (chicken) from McKinnon's that's damn cheap and delicious.

• Family Value for instant noodles, toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc.

• Buffalo Exchange. Nice place to get a deal on work appropriate attire. (Goodwill for lounging clothes.)

Any other suggestions for scaling back? Doesn't have to be specific to Davis Square.
