Why i play only bot games

i am summoner level 13 with almost no wins. I want to get into playing normals so i played for 4 hours last night. I did not win a single game. Every game i had a person on my team leave, feed or talk trash. I played decently all night but just could not get on a good team. That pretty much made me quit normal's.
