Can anyone help me?

Throughout the entire day I have been unable to view or use my tf2 inventory. I went into the game and tried to open the store, but it was closed. My little brothers account worked fine on the computer. I won a schadenfreud from tf2r, and have been trying to get it for a while.

PS in my inventory history, it says the guy traded me a "bat". I have no idea :(
