Lip balm?

I simply CANNOT find a decent chapstick! It either wears off too quickly, makes my throat feel funny, doesn't soften or all of the above. What brands do you ladies stick with?

P.s. Wisconsin girl here, need something to stand up to this frozen bullshit!
