Starcraft on Linux

was told to repost here from r/starcraft. My issue:

Recently switched to Linux Mint Lisa as the Main OS and everything is working just fine. but for some reason when i try to install Starcraft 2 off the install.exe on Wine 1.3.28 usin PlayonLinux it gives me the error "Couldn't decompress Ogg data. (InstallerDecompressOgg)" looked everywhere for a solution or workaround, anyone has any ideas?

Things i did already:

installed the latests Wine version using terminal make install step, deleted previous wine using sudo dpkg -r command.(eventho when i do wine --version returns 1.3.28 still)

unistalled playonlinux.

Currently redownloading off battlenet to get new installer.exe file
