Has anyone actually been able to play Skyrim?

I've gotta say that I've never been more disappointed in a game as I am with Skyrim. Just so you know, before you go tooting something as the best game of the year, be sure that it's finished and playable when you claim that. Whiterun is nothing but a giant glitch on my ps3. I can't even play this garbage.
