Cant solve this help and support issue

Hello redditors,

I have been trying to fix this problem for about a week now and i'm starting to pull my hair out!

Whenever I close a game or full screen youtube window, help windows keep opening by themselves in google chrome almost straight away and from the desktop whenever I left click it opens microsoft help and support, I have to ctrl + alt + delete and log off and back on to fix it whenever I finish playing a game.

I am running windows 7 recently updated, have tried running malware bytes and windows online security scan, aswell as an avast scan. All of which did not come up with results.

Has only been happening for a week since I moved location, but all the hardware and software stayed the same, the games im playing are mw3,bf3 and swtor.
