Did the Gorillaz snag this tune?

So I am sitting here drinking with my buddies, listening to a sweet playlist that one of my friends showed us on 8tracks.com when the song L'Obsession D'Archibald comes on. It's an awesome song, but parts of it sound really familiar. Finally I pinned it down to Faust by the Gorillaz. Am I drunk or did they totally borrow from the older song?
