What does "TI 3aebal" mean?

At the near conclusion of this ridiculous (and fun) game where Scourge tried to do Level 1 Roshan with Ursa and Skeleton King, the opposing team made a comment to me (playing Windrunner). It was just these following messages.

• Player A: WR
• Player A: TI 3aebal
• Player B: zaebal

I think this is in Korean or something? I'm really confused as to what this means. I tried to convert the roman letters into Korean letters and stick it into Google translate, but zaebal/jaebal apparently means "relapse"? If someone could translate for me that'd be awesome, because I'm really curious as to what they could have said, since they said nothing else all game.
