Help Sharing Folder

Ive been trying non-stop to share a folder over my home network to all PCs. My PC is running windows 7 and the other is using Vista.

All I want is for the pc running vista to be able to connect to my pc and access this folder without me needing to log in to the vista pc with my account.

Ive been googling all day and cant find a thing. Ive tried doing this on multiple occasions but eventually gave up.
