[TOMT]Children's Mystery Book

Hey guys, i recently started thinking about a book i read in middle school, the problem is I can't quite remember what it was called. I remember it's about a bunch of residents in an apartment sort of complex, it had a couple white families and an asain family. They ended up competing with each other in teams to solve a millionaire's test to I believe inherit his fortune. The thing that stuck out most, though, was a restaurant on top of the building, eventually called "Hu's on First". Anyone else remember this book and know what it's called?
