Night-stand App

Hey Everyone! I'm looking for a night-stand app for my Galaxy S II Skyrocket that will show the time and weather on a dimmed screen that will be constantly on (while the phone is plugged in). An alarm would also be nice.

I've found a few apps, but several of them only display US weather and a few others are apparently great alarm clocks, but they don't dim down for when one is asleep. Any help is appreciated :)
