My guns keep disappearing, as well as other players.

On top of this, tanks and vehicles rubberband like hell, especially jets when im flying them. Its like im lagging, but my ping should be fine (forwarded ports, firewall down, wired connection to modem and then connecting to server within my country)

Any ideas?
