Has anyone attended the Medical University of America (Nevis)?

I'm trying to wrap my head around Caribbean medical schools. I'm wondering what it's like after the two years or so on the island. I've read on the website that students are matched into a residency after those two years, but then what about rotations? Are students entering their residency and doing their last two years of medical school at the same time? I thought that residency was after earning your MD.
