What is a shock site that you have not been able to get through? [NSFW]

Now, if you've been on the internet for any length of time you have probably seen your share of shock sites (lemon party, 2 girls 1 cup, etc.)

After seeing quite a few I can get through most of them, but every now and then some appear that are just too much.

So what is one picture/video/site that you have not been able to stomach?

Mine is http://encyclopediadramatica.ch/Offended (a compilation of a bunch of gruesome images).

Also, I took the liberty to mark this thread as NSFW. All links will most likely be NSFW and/or NSFL. So it isn't really necessary to put that in your comment. It would be nice for a small description though, so someone doesn't wander into something they don't want to.
