Demarcus Cousins or Greg Monroe for Tim Duncan?

Got offered Demarcus Cousins OR Greg Monroe for Tim Duncan.

I'm thinking either of those guys would be preferable to Tim D.

I'm leaning towards Cousins. Thoughts? Any reason to keep Duncan?

Thanks for advice!!
