Is there a difference between evolutionary biology and evolutionary psychology? I see these used interchangebly.

And why do people bash evopsych when evobiology books like Mean Genes are bestsellers? They're the same right?

And I understand reddit dislikes it for its lack of scientific studies and its generalizations, but there are some scientific sources like those used in the book Mean Genes.

I find this topic fascinating though. Shame its not that accepted. Anyone else know a more active forum?
