Question about mixing two specific RCs?

I have read that both of the research chemicals Pentedrone and 4-MEC produce feelings similar to MDMA but differ in potency. Would mixing 25 mg of Pentedrone and 250 mg of 4-MEC be a potential health risk, or would the effects be that much better?
