Looking for a long term but temporary home for our dog.

We're moving in with my inlaws to pay off some credit cards/medical bills for about a year, but can't bring our doggy.

His name is Roofus and he's an Australian Shepherd/Boxer/ridgeback mix. He's a fun dog, and has a lot of energy. We would love for our daughter to grow up with him, so we'd like to set up a sort of fostering thing. We'd pay for food and medical care, and we'd want to come visit him every now and then, then when we move back into our own house, we'd take him back.

He's about 25 pounds, pretty small really. Anyway, we just want him to be happy and comfortable and if we can get him back after a time, would love that also. We're in the far west valley (Avondale), but will take/visit him anywhere in the valley.
