Can anyone help me? Cant activate blessings!

I tried to get the Steed Stone blessing in Skyrim but when i hit activate nothing happens. I tried it with the Blessing of Talos too but once a gain when i hit activate nothing happens. I play on PS3 if that helps. If anyone knows why this happens or how to fix it please tell me. Thanks!
