My Mom has severe gallbladder pains but refuses to go to a hospital, is this deadly... What should I do

My mother says her gallbladder is giving her horrific pains, she has resorted to a strict diet based on information over the internet. She has no insurance and she's 56 years old. Im really concerned because the last few months she even cries for hours in her bed before she goes to sleep.
