[DC/Baltimore or NYC] last minute rave ideas!!

I had tentative plans to go to Rave After Tomorrow in Bmore on nye, but just found out its sold out :(

I'll be in NYC for Feed Me the night before so I can probably stay there for NYE, but need ideas! Any help is appreciated :)

**Not looking to spend more than $40 on any event. Thanks!
